请继续暂停处理菲律宾订单

由于菲律宾站点防疫政策的严格要求，自2020年3月18日起，请卖家暂停处理菲律宾站点订单的发货。具体的发货时间将会另行通知，请在接到发货通知后再处理菲律宾站点订单。

所有已经发往Shopee仓库的包裹将暂时保存在仓库中，在情况进一步明朗前包裹暂时不会发往菲律宾。

物流时效豁免延长

Shopee平台将延长物流时效豁免的期限，适用于菲律宾站点上未扫描订单，延长至4月2日。此次物流时效豁免只针对卖家预计备货时长 (DTS)中ship_by_date在4月2日及之前的订单，统一调整为4月2日。对于(DTS)中ship_by_date在4月2日之后的订单以及自然日之内的订单，将不再享受物流时效豁免。

The logistics timeliness exemption for orders not scanned at Philippine sites on the Shopee platform will be extended until April 2. This exemption only applies to shipments that are estimated to be stocked in by the seller's deadline (DTS)_ by_ Date (i.e. the last working day), and this deadline has been universally adjusted to April 2 for shipments made on or before April 2. 以迟发货计算为例：

假设：3月17日生成的订单，DTS为2天，4月4日前到仓扫描即可。

假设：3月15日生成的订单，DTS为10天，4月4日前到仓扫描即可。

菲律宾站点自3月26日至3月29日产生的新订单将享有额外的4天工作日免责。换言之，自3月26日起，订单分别于3月27日、3月30日、3月31日和4月1日不计入工作日，而4月2日将作为DTS计算的第一天。

以迟发货计算为例：

假设：3月26日生成的订单，DTS为2天，4月5日前到仓扫描即可。

假设：3月27日生成的订单，DTS为2天，4月8日前到仓扫描即可。

假设：3月28日生成的订单，DTS为2天，4月8日前到仓扫描即可。

货到付款功能关闭

自2020年3月18日起，Shopee平台暂时关闭了菲律宾站点的货到付款功能，即卖家不会收到新的货到付款订单，也无法发出菲律宾站点的货到付款订单。该功能的重新开启时间将另行通知。
