2、 不可忽视互联网上任何渠道，别以为你的产品厉害就能走遍全国。

3、 被山寨是因为你走得慢，就耳光馄饨的例子，隔了好几年才去注册商标，这是万万不可的。

商标作为无形资产具有无限的生命力，同时对于企业来说，是重要的资产。企业要对商标足够重视，及时注册，发现侵权情况及时维权。
